Each client receives a dedicated, logically isolated instance of the platform under a custom subdomain. This ensures data segregation and governance at the organisational level while preserving enterprise autonomy.
AIKB is priced on a per-employee basis, providing predictable and scalable costs that align with organisational growth. Optional onboarding and activation services may apply for large-scale digitisation projects.

The SaaS offering includes ongoing platform maintenance, upgrades, and secure hosting. Support options and service level targets are determined by the subscription terms agreed at the time of purchase.

All content, structured knowledge, and digital assets created by the client within the platform remain the exclusive property of the client organisation. Interversial System of Systems Pty Ltd does not claim ownership over client-generated information.
Subscription commitments are agreed through a formal licensing agreement at the time of purchase. Clients may elect terms of one year, multi-year, or other negotiated periods. Extended commitments may qualify for preferential pricing subject to agreement.
